青蛙牙刷品牌老化导致在中国市场开始下滑,而推出的牙膏品类因为定位与包装错误,销量不及预期,青蛙管理层与贤草一拍即合,开启跨越3年的品牌咨询与产品开发合作。


贤草协同青蛙在消费者洞察基础上,针对深分与商超渠道,为青蛙梳理品牌资产,升级品牌形象,制定产品策略,提炼产品卖点,优化包装视觉体系,帮助青蛙在传承优势品牌资产的同时,在简单与功能平衡的基础上,作出全新的有效的概念,重新设计不同定位的系列牙刷、牙膏以及口腔清洁系列产品包装。


3年深度战略合作,贤草推动青蛙品牌与产品形象完成全面升级。2023年,青蛙牙刷在中国市场线下渠道份额超越高露洁与黑人,位于第1位。

Based on consumer insights, Visdom collaborated with Frog to sort out brand assets, upgrade brand image, formulate product strategies, refine product selling points, and optimize packaging visual system for Frog in the deep-distribution and supermarket channels. This helped Frog inherit its advantageous brand assets while balancing simplicity and functionality to create new and effective concepts and redesign the packaging of toothbrushes, toothpastes, and oral hygiene products with different positioning.


After three years of in-depth strategic cooperation, Visdom promoted the comprehensive upgrade of Frog's brand and product image. In 2023, Frog's offline channel share in the Chinese market will surpass Colgate and Black and rank first.
