自2022年合作三年来,贤草助力祥禾饽饽铺进行品牌重塑、开发战略大单品及线下门店落地,输出了大量成果。
贤草为祥禾确定了“中华糕点、祥禾饽饽”的口号,建立饽饽=正宗中华糕点的品类认知,创意了全新的八角龙玺标,做实源自宫廷点心手艺的品牌故事,绘制祥禾八角楼,让百年老字号跃然纸上,打造“祥禾美福桶”,成为品牌标志性的形象大单品。而在线下,贤草帮助祥禾实现品牌门店的模型打造和规模化扩张,2年多时间,祥禾门店已经扩张至40余家,在天津实现线上线下全渠道的广泛覆盖。
与祥禾饽饽铺合作2年来,其营收实现3倍增长,成长为享誉天津的城市名片,并于2024年升级为中华老字号品牌。
Every time-honored brand is a potential gold mine for categories. With its own professional capabilities, Visdom has assisted many time-honored brand projects to achieve brand reshaping and revenue growth.
Since 2022, Visdom has helped Hsiang Ho Bobopu to reshape its brand, develop strategic big single products and offline stores successfully.
Visdom determined the slogan of "Chinese pastries, Hsiang Ho Bobo" for Hsiang Ho, established the category awareness of Bobo = authentic Chinese pastries, created a new octagonal dragon seal logo, made the brand story derived from the craftsmanship of palace pastries, drew the Hsiang Ho octagonal building, made the century-old brand come to life on paper, and created the "Hsiang Ho Meifu Bucket", which has become the brand's iconic image single product. Offline, Visdom helped Hsiang Ho realize the model building and large-scale expansion of brand stores. In more than two years, Hsiang Ho stores have expanded to more than 40, achieving extensive coverage of all channels online and offline in Tianjin.
After two years of cooperation with Hsiang Ho Bobopu, its revenue has tripled, becoming a famous city card in Tianjin, and will be upgraded to a Chinese time-honored brand in 2024.
